It is my parents wedding anniversary tomorrow 40 years they have been married!
So my sister and I brought them a gnome table and with it I came up with this poem.

Please give me a home.

please give me a home

Norman is my name can you,
please give me a home,
I'll be no trouble at all,
Ill bring you smiles and happiness
as I watch your garden with delight.

Place me by your chair,
whilst you soak up the summers sun.
I'll Keep your drinks safe,
stop them falling and making a wet mess.

I'll enjoy your delightful garden,
The smell of your flowers so fresh,
Listening to your fish splashing in the pond
in the summers sun.

I'll watch you walk up and down your garden,
and as you get a glimpse of me, you'll grin too.
I'll bring you such joy and happiness,
you just wait and see.

All I ask from you is,
When the summers sun has gone to sleep
and the winter raises its ugly head,
you place me some where warm and cosy
so I don't get frost bite upon my little feet.

There's just one more thing my dear friends,
please don't let your dog pee up my leg,
it will make me wet and smelly,
and very unhappy too!

So please give me a home,
I will give you so much pleasure,
as I watch your garden with such delight!

Love from Norman.

fortieth anniversary deserves forty paragraphs at least compose 40 lines and wish them a happiness divine with love soaked in wine and then tell them loverme said so drown them in 40 bottles and let them swim together for some more maybe 50 or many more medicine has changed all life love is strong when one has a stronger spouse and each one in the other does love arouse so be it said from my side say it with pride as tis from your side. all the best to the newlyweds 40 years no time since then
