The feeling of being stuck is expressed. Its for everyone, teens and elderlies alike, who've found themselves chained and shackled for the reasons they don't understand.

I know exactly what will happen next.
I try to muster all my vigor,
and tell them to their face,
'that I am their prisoner no more!'
As they, with their serious, hateful faces
Remind me, of how much I owe them,
For the things I never asked them to do,
and 'sacrifices' they need not make.
For their delusions is greater than my reality,

They don't mutter one word,
And, yet still, they speak many.
I remember my reasons, to break free
But my reasons aren't relevant any more,
And neither is my life,
For their silence breaks my reasons,
into million different pieces.

And I continue being a prisoned soul,
and keep walking this weary road,
Until one day,
When I can't walk anymore...
