Red Planet, Part Ten

"Oh my God." Said Derek, as he stared at George.
"What is it, Derek?"
"If I'm not imagining it, I've just found our spacecraft!"
"What! Where?" Derek pointed to where George sat.
"All this time, you were sitting on it." George stood up and looked.
It really was their spacecraft. It had been buried by the planets dust and only a metallic curve revealed itself, which could easily have been mistaken for a rock.
"Yes! Now we have a chance. Not only have we found our spacecraft, we also have a refuge. If we both try and expose it, then we could find the opening." Said George, excitedly.
And so, the two spacemen began to move away the rocks, dust and debris, around the space craft. They had no option but to use their hands, which were protected by gloves. Fortunately, their spacecraft had not split during the crash. Only the fins and the tip were badly damaged, but George knew how to repair them. He had, after all, helped in designing, as well as, building the spacecraft.
Within an hour, they had succeeded in finding the entrance door. As the spacecraft was tilted downwards, they had to go inside at an angle and make a jump inside. George went inside first. Just as Derek was about to follow, he caught sight of something making its way rapidly towards them. Something large, baby-blue and rock-like. And then, he realised what it was.
"Rhandor, and more aliens!" He had to make a fast decision. Should he make a move or jump inside the spacecraft and close the hatchet-door?
