Relationships or falling in love exist in this world but they should exist in our lives when we are grown and capable enough to understand and accept it, and to make this true teenagers need to change their opinions and way of thinking as stated in my article.

We have always known about the generation gap in India so today we are conferring about one of the evidences of generation gap, that are relationships.

In earlier times our ancestors believed only in arrange marriages and never encouraged anything such as love and punished harshly to those who did. But as we know that time changes and so do the people. Then came a different era of 1990's with people of changed views and opinions about love due to which love marriages came into existence but people felt that they should fall in love and come in a relationship, once, they graduate or when they are settled in a company. Again those views rolled away with the passage of time and then an era of teenagers (kids between 13-16 yrs.) falling in relationships, came into existence which became a trend in almost every second town of India. Today the situation is such that once students pass the age of twelve, they want to desperately get committed and they crave to be in a relationship whether it’s a boy or a girl.

Question is that how this word “relationship” did became meaningless?? The answer to this consists of countless reasons. The movies that students prefer to see these days are Hollywood junk that display the trend of foreign kids kissing n roaming with each other. Secondly they think of relationships as a fame and status symbol. Thirdly they are not able to stop their attraction and infatuation towards opposite sex in this age because of the growing hormones. The last and the most embarrassing reason is that they crave for having any kind of physical contact with the opposite sex, especially the boys.

This thinking needs to be changed because teenagers think of attraction and likeness as love which is not correct because when you are a teenager, you are not grown enough to fall in love or in a relationship.
