There are a few tricks that we can try to speed up the performance of Windows 7 while surfing on the internet so that we can feel the difference with the previous OS is Windows XP. Try the following steps:

Press the Windows key + R and type "CMD" or "Command Prompt" Enter or click the Windows type "CMD" in the search box, right-click and select Run As Administrator.

After the open CMD, type "netsh int tcp show global" without the quotes and press Enter, record all the default settings are displayed or can be by doing a screen capture. See the default settings below:

The setting by default is "enabled" we can change it to "disabled" by typing "netsh int tcp set global chimney = disabled" in the command prompt window and restart the computer after making changes to see results.

NetDMA State is an arrangement that allows the network adapter to transfer data directly to the application required. This setting is better in an "enable" to obtain for better performance. This setting is only available on Windows 7. Type "netsh int tcp set global netdma = enabled" and then restart your Windows 7.

Direct Cache Access or abbreviated DCA serves as a provider NetDMA mechanism on the first point and also as a data setting objectives targeted for the cache ng CPU. Only available on Windows 7. With DCA technology in Windows 7 can reduce system overhead.

Some parts are affected by this system include adlah chipset, processor and controller. If your computer is sufficiently reliable in quality hardware then do the settings to get better performance. Type "netsh int tcp set global DCA = enabled" and restart your Windows 7.

Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level. At this tuning Network serves as a manual configuration of TCP Receive Windows (RWIN) to define how the amount of computer data. When the setting is "auto" then Windows 7 will change in accordance with the conditions RWIN network automatically and can improve performance significantly. This setting is better not changed. However, if you want to change the type:

"Netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = highlyrestricted" or

"Netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = restricted" or

"Netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = enabled" or

"Netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = disabled" and restart Windows 7 you.

Add-On Congestion Control Provider serves to streamline the size of the TCP windows to be more aggressive. Type "netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider = ctcp" or

"Netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider = none", then Restart Windows 7 you.

ECN Capability as a provider of network signaling traffic on the router in order not to loose the data packet. Just ignore this setting or leave it appropriate default settings.

I have also checked these settings at Windows 10. Other than the "global chimney" setting the others are all correctly set in that OS.

Why not Microsoft themselves incorporate such in the system? Maybe, these changes could expose the system and make it vulnerable.
