Sassy and Me

An abandoned cat gets a new life whether she expected it or not.

Sassy and Me

One day my life suddenly changed.

They took me away to a strange new place.

Just dropped me off without a goodbye.

I was all alone with no one to love.

I was really scared with nowhere to go.

I hid in the shadows, afraid to move,

but she found me anyway.

She tried to be friendly, just wouldn't go away.

Can't she just leave the food?

Doesn't she know? My name is Psycho.

I've been hurt before and can't take the chance

to open my heart. This time I could die.

But there was something weird in the way she cared

that brought down my walls, and I started to hope.

It was New Year's Eve. Shivering and cold

and under the car, was I. The noises were loud.

On the porch she sat.....silently watching.

I took a big risk and ran up the steps.

I wanted to trust. I wanted to love.

So I threw fear away and jumped in her arms.

I have a new home. A human to love.

Psycho is gone, I'm just Sassy Cat now!

This describes a feral kitten we took in! She was blind in one eye, and so scared of us. But with time and patience, we won her heart!

when cats cross the roads..
guys and gals get superstitious ...
I cross ahead of them and say ask municiplas..
to make special pathways for cats ...
anyway how will they cross the street how ...
I wish they could fly and you needn't have to stand by foolishly....
