This poem is about is about our secrets, we keep hidden deep inside us. We fear of our secrets getting exposed and of being rejected.

Secrets we all have them,
We keep them hidden deep inside us.

We try our best to hide them,
From everyone we know,
And the world that is around us.

Secrets can destroy us,
It hurts us emotionally.

Secrets boil deep inside us,
This causes us great pain.

We are scared our secrets will get exposed.

We fear of being rejected,
In this world, that is full of being judged.

Secrets are our way of protecting ourselves,
Even the people we love.

If we aren’t careful to hide them,
Our secrets can get exposed.

We all have secrets,
Maybe we shouldn’t feel ashamed.

Secrets sometimes we have to hide them,
To protect ourselves; from the world that is around us.

Nicely expressed. Secrets usually just mean things we don't know someone else well enough to share intimate knowledge with. I have my share. Thanks also for the follow. I am following you back. Over time, perhaps we will share some secrets. ;)
