Seductive Word-Play....

To be captured by words on a page, following the dance that they may lead you on, can be an exciting and seductive journey....

Seductive Word-Play....Let me seduce you..

Let me seduce you with my words,
let them form and rise and spin...
My sentences may just arouse you...
As you read the words I type within.

Dizziness, sweet intoxication,
whirl dancing, flying, on this page..
I am seducing you, my reader..
with every line, at every stage.

To capture me and make me yours..
To possess this wayward scribe..
Follow me, please, won't you pursue me...
Feel my meaning deep inside.

These words reach out, let them caress...
Stimulate you as you read...
Entwine the thoughts, and whisper to you...
Follow them where'er they lead.

Rising up, excitement peaking,
spinning in your mind and soul....
Hear my words, seductive, dream-like...
Just for you, this hyperbole...

My faithful Lover, it's time to rest,
these words now sleepy, in the afterglow...
But I hope you enjoyed my sweet seduction...
And shared my passion, as my poetry flowed.

I most defenitely share your passion for poetry Songbird. It exemplifies in your next post. I am only saying this because what I read is all about spiritual and emotional, not physical seduction.

Hi Richard, and Jvaughan, I think that this poem is very open to interpretation, but yes, it relates more to the passion of writing poetry than the physical act... lol. Thank you both, for two very different viewpoints...I really appreciate you both giving me feedback....
