A poem describing leaves falling off a tree during autumn.

Swirling Leaves

Dancing through the air as
the wind
comes along;
Leaves tumbling. . .
stumbling. . .
bumbling. . .
Down, Down, Down
to the ground.
Then;
Crunch the sound of
footsteps'
A gust of wind and
more showers of
leaves tumbling,
stumbling,
bumbling,
Down.
You can feel the chill in the air
even though the sun is shining brightly.
The sky is a bright, dark blue and slow, puffy, white
clouds pass over the sun.
You know it is autumn for all the colors from lemon yellow to
apple red and sometimes even orange.
Autumn a time of harvest and just having fun.

I wonder how the tree will feel when the leaves fallen are trampled upon - siva

I never thought of it from that perspective. There is another poem in the works.
