Requisite #1 Youth – If you are over 21 and you do not have this requisite, you had better have one of the other 2 requisites. This is the most coveted requisite as well as the most fleeting one. Its enemy is Time. I feel bad for the Boy Toys when they get older.

CHARACTER

When writing about Youth, make sure that the character you are writing is actually 21 or younger. If he is not, your story will lack conviction. However, if he’s over 21, write about how that loss has made him childish and resistant to change or he got over it and moved on to the other two requisites if he’s not one of the Coveted.

BORN INTO

You have to be born into this fascinating requisite. 16 to 21 year old Straights, Twinks, and Boy Toys have it made. They grew into this requisite naturally and are adored. They get the Sugar Daddies to pay for everything. When they do not have a Sugar Daddy and are merely Twinks, write them as if you would any other character without a care in the world.

ETERNITY

The young ones live their life in an eternal party. Just ask the Twinks that you know. Ask them if they know that their requisite will end when they turn 21. They will abuse their body in so many ways that it hurts just writing about it. Those who appreciate life and respect themselves will automatically fall into the other two requisites without knowing it. Those who do not will spend their adult life trying to achieve Youth once again and fighting for the other 2 requisites.

WRITING

Write your Young character with respect and admiration. He is in the formative age and is very vulnerable to the dangers of the anti-gay world. Give him depth and have him figure out his weaknesses before it is too late.
