A quick poem about visiting goblins at night while sleeping under an oak tree.

The Goblin Tree.

I slept below an old oak tree,
While red eyed goblins were watching me.
They came and tied me to the ground,
Not a whisper, not a sound.
A magic spell they then made,
A blanket over me they laid,
There aim was to take my soul
A very evil goblin goal.

Then came the queen of fairyland,
To stop this evil in her land.
She tapped a tree with her wand,
And flying fish from a pond
Started flying round my tree,
To scare the goblins away from me.
The queen had made this fairy wish,
`Cos goblins hated smelly fish.
Red eyes turned from red to blue,
And daylight started then anew.
Stay at home to sleep at night,
And you won`t have an evil fright..
