The Meaning Of This Tear

Trisha Barrek Hopkins

The meaning of this tear
Is the meaning of my happiness
The joy to know I have no fear
Knowing of my life I have fullness

Being with you means everything
I want to spend the rest of my life with you
To you my heart will bring
Something so pure so true

The meaning of this tear
God gave us this blessing for us to share
I'm missing you when you're not near
Your heart I now know it does care

There may be things that annoy us
We may fight
But the making up part is a must
I'll never let go of your precious sight

Soon no one can tare us apart
We'll have a symbol of love
Together we belong to our hearts
We wouldn't have to worry about the push and shoves

The meaning of this tear
When you give me your sweet tender kiss
The fast beat of your heart I can hear
You...yourself I always miss

It's a beautiful life when your with me
But when you have to go home it's a storm
Lets never set eachother free
Because when I'm with you I'm always warm

I thank God for bringing me a new life
With new memories to fill my soul
The soft glare from your eyes
Keeping you is always my goal
You should bring bluer skies

The meaning of this tear
Is because I now know I can believe
I'll try to understand I have nothing to fear
All this time it was you I need
