The Sands Of Abraham In Recognition Of One.

A recently discovered poem I had written some 30 years ago when true democracy was starting to take shape in many dark dictatorial regimes dominating the globe at the time. A time was set to dawn where the rights of the individual were not a distant dream on the horizon any more, The Berlin wall brutally separating families was still soaking up the morning sun, The Kremlin and Tienanmen square still shuddered under the goosestepping heels of the Red Army but we had hope beyond hope...

Finally, We Count The Grains

So it was written:
"Your seed will be likened to the sands of the sea".
So indeed, it came to pass,
That which is no longer recognized as such,
is forthwith counted grain by grain and thus
recognised as such, at last.

One Grain Is Not The Beach.

One grain do'ist not the sand maketh
but every single grain, one with one
Nor does it matter what shape nor
color. Who lies on top of whom?

Hope Springs Eternal

Quote By Goethe:
We always hope; and in all things it is
Better to hope
Than to despair.

When we return to real trust in God,
there will no longer be room
in our soul for fear.

If at all you were inspired by these few words, then take up your pen and let
your thoughts soar on wikinut.com

As Andre' Hartslief, I strongly believe, that In life, there are no justified resentments.”We the old legends will become relics and fade away, while new giants emerge in our world of sobering truths.

I still have hope even though it sometimes appears that humans are hopeless. There is a beautiful spark inside all of us, just waiting to be ignited. Such a beautiful poem, Andre. Thank you for sharing this with us...

Hello Carol so good of you to pass on such kind comments my friend on something I had lacked the courage to air publicly for more years than I care to remember. You have all made it worth my while to have waited for this fine moment.
