The photographer admitted regret because he sold it very less expensive of his work to "Microsoft Cooperation". He is very contrite because of a high number of users to Windows XP with no difficulty to increase from month to month till this time. O'Rear recalled that how he was photographed the 'wallpaper' with his camera, Mamiya RZ67. While the object taken in a rural area of Sonoma and Napa, California USA.

He was often hunting nice pictures by virtue of natural panoramic landscape, where mountains, fields of grass and clear blue skies were being seen in around January. O'Rear is now no longer able to admit that it’s a photograph belongs to him since he had been sold to Microsoft Cooperation. He regretted, because he should to asking for every one cent (1₡) of Windows XP software that is sold out. The photographer can only curse him, he is remembering that how he was easily carried away by an offer at the price of inexpensively from Microsoft Cooperation when they immediately come to him after seeing his photo exhibition in the Corbis photo website.
