I go over three simple steps that work flawlessly to over come insomnia and help you stay asleep.

3 Steps To Sleeping Better And Staying Asleep

Last night I could not fall asleep, it was quit deviant. I kept tossing and turning all night, my brain would not shut off. I ended up getting up and cleaning my whole house, organizing every minuscule thing that I could find, still not getting tired. This happens to me a few times a week I cannot explain why this happens to me it’s a huge sleeping disorder. I lay there and think about the most trivial ideas then I start to worry about the weirdest, minuscule thoughts.

I try 5 different things to try in sleep; here are three that seem to work flawlessly. If you have a sleeping disorders then try these three simple ways to fall to sleep effortless.

1.) I found out when I go through a exercises routine I sleep soundless though the night. This because I’m burning my energy though the day so at the end of the day I’m worn out and finish for the day. Then take a hot relaxing shower, put on a movie and relax you’ll be sound asleep in no time.

2.) The second idea I tried, I started to get in to a bed time routine. Try to get in a habit of a bed time routine every night, once you fall in the habit of your routine you will then be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Keep the routine simple, do not stress out during your routine or put a worry on yourself, you will then be wild up and not be able to relax when it comes to your bed time, STAY CALM.

3.) NO! Sweets No! If you can do all in your powers to resist your cravings for sweets before bed you will sleep ten times better than you would if you ate that chocolate bar before you went to bed. If you must have something before bed have a minuscule glass of warm milk, not a big glass then you will make your stomach hurt.

These are just three out of 5 ideas I tried to fall asleep and to stay asleep. These work me I do all there to get a good night’s rest every day. I wake up feeling refresh and ready to take on the world.

I too have this problem and just figured it is because as a writer I sit at the keyboard all day and hen I go to bed, it's then that ideas start flowing, of course that pack of Oreo cookies and a glass of milk probably doesn't help much. I also have a tendency of eating very late. This was a great article on getting some shut eye if somebody follows it. Good work, thanks for sharing.

That is part of it to, when I have ideas flowing and it's keeping me awake I just take out my laptop and start typing my ideas down. MMM I love Oreos and milk to. Thank you for reading
