In today’s life, everybody have so much of tensions. For instance some children have tensions about their studies. Some teenagers have some issues with their friends. Some may have their boyfriends and girlfriends problems. So basically, everyone from a child to an elderly person, all have some problems or the other in their life. Given below are some useful tips by which one can remain happy even when he/she is in problem or is tensed.
>Always keep a cool mind.
>Always control your anger and have patience.
>Don’t show your weakness to others.
>If anyone is angry with you then try to reduce his anger and if you are unsuccessful then give him some time. As time will pass the persons anger will also reduce.
>When you suddenly get angry at some point of time then count 1 to 100. This will help you to control your anger.
>If you got some tensions or if you are nervous then go for a walk or listen to your favourite music.
>If you are dealing with some emotional problems then you should spend more time with your family and friends. With them being around you it will be easier for you to come out of your problem. You can also go for shopping or do anything else which will keep you busy. Also at these situations you should recall your beautiful memories which will help you to stabilize your emotional state.
>At night, before going to bed recall all the mistakes that you have committed in that day and try to rectify them the very next day.

Finally always remember that small issues can cause great impacts.

Great tips! I really like the last one about reflecting at the end of the day and making amends the next day. I think most people do the reflecting, but not all do the amends!
