To Prenup or Not to Prenup

Marriage can be a wonderful thing, but how many people venture into it for love and how many do for money, A prenup can save your pocket and assets.

Prenuptial Agreement

Prenuptial Agreement is a contract entered in before marriage, The conditions stated in a pre-nup can be varied widely, but it is quite common for prenup contracts to contain property and collateral agreements signed upon by both parties in the case of a split in marriage.
Here is why a Prenup is good. Suppose you as man or woman have worked all the days of your life and single handed made your wealth and fortune. Well, you know the story of life; after a decade, you meet a wonderful man or woman and decide that this is love and you get married in probably a year, then after six months the marriage goes sour and then of course comes the divorce!

Do you think its fair that this person even deserves one dime of your life's work?
Well prenuptial are great way to prevent those Marriage Money Grabbers from coming on board just to dip in your purse! in a prenup, you can state certain clause that prevents the person from getting anything within a specific period of marriage to divorce and other little fancies.
