this is a poem based on what i believe to be my own true reality from the heart. I isnt a sad poem more a poem on questions in life to make the mind think.

True Reality

What is reality??
If I am breathing how do I know its called breathing?? and how do I know I am breathing??
If I look into a mirror how do I know the person looking back at me is me How do I know am not in the middle of a nightmare and I cant break free Free from the reality that is my mind my vision my feelings, Free from what I believe to be real.
If you prick me, do I not bleed? if you tickle me, do I not laugh? if you poison me, do I not die?(Shakespeare)
If I see that the grass is green how do I know it is green it could be blue, yellow purple or red If this reality is true then these r just words ..words which have power ..power of name power of thought power of opinion how is it if one man stands tall and says he can fly the rest of the world would laugh, How is it if one man stands up and says the sky is green the rest of the world would laugh, Reality is in the eyes, touch and feeling of the beholder the individual person that can see a Beautiful rainbow a sun rise or the feel a warm loving kiss upon ones lips. And appreciate that to them this is there perfect reality.

Reality depends on our perception and attitude too. Some see a glass half full while for another it is half empty - siva

We are all trapped inside our own bodies and can never truly be certain that what we experience is the exact reality to the experiences of others
Interesting post.
