In spite of scientific advancement the earth is troubled by war, famine, riot, terrorism etc. Why superstitions still dominating the world? Why is real prophet always being tortured?

Dogmatic strategy

They administered hemlock when you were in Greece,
Thorny crown they encircled to restrict your stormy thought
And tried to silence your bitter tongue with vinegar sour
And fixed by sharp nails the tireless fists
Rose against corrupted regime
When you born in Caesar’s time,
Fire and stones they used
When you poured better knowledge in Rome.
But O prophet, you were determined and hence you won
Each time and you accomplished your mission divine.

Not on the clouds, but by a helicopter

They could not kill you with human contrivances
And therefore, they are changing their strategy by replacing
Immortal God with you,
O dear prophet,
Your message is spoiled, you are being killed
By worshiping your statues,
O dear prophet, come
Once more, it is havoc everywhere!

We are being mislead, groping in darkness
O prophet, come and lead us kindly light!

I believe we are given enough intelligence and innate spark to understand the path we have to take. It is not fair to ask somebody to hold our hands still. We are past adolescent stage now and have enough cognitive powers to survive. However, I empathize with your plaintive cry, John! siva

You are right. But, I think there should be someone to organise the activities, as brain controls the organs in our body. A real prophet will be free from every religion, making something new! Thanks sir
