Was it Skin?

Did God just cloth Adam and Eve? Or did He do more tan simply cloth them? Did he also make them mortal by putting them in skin?

Was it Skin?

Preachers are always preaching that God clothed Adam and Eve with Furs to keep them warm in the Garden of Eden. I have a different idea. What if God simply clothed them with skin? We have no idea what man could have been if it had been for the introduction of sin. We simply know that the Bible says the man and woman knew no sin. I would like to suggest to you that the man and woman were pure energy up to that point. Genesis 3: 21 says “The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them”, New International Version Bible.

The whole point is merely academic but it’s still interesting to ponder. It makes one reconsider putting words in God’s mouth or jumping to conclusions about the Bible does it not?

I take the Bible to mean literally what it says. I think Adam and Eve really existed. There will always be doubters ... until Judgment comes!

No I'm not a Darwin fan. In fact I boycotted my class in school when the teacher taught Darwin's theory. I got an F for doing so.
