small articles are better than lenghty ones

in this age of twitter , people are not having time or interest to read lengthy articles in any subject. So,a time has come to write definition like articles in a clear and simple way.

Small articles are better

Nowadays people are used to read small information quickly rather than reading big ones .Today people are used to micro Blog and such others. So instead of giving a lengthy and complete information , we can think of Small and definition like article with pictorial illustration . It will be appealing to many people. Suppose if the search is on magnet, then many of them want basics and only about 1% of them require details .
If only lengthy articles are available, then people will skip and do not read at all. Thus, the very purpose of writing the article will be a waste. Many people in the morning are very busy to get ready and go to work. So, they will read only headlines in the News paper and not the lengthy details. Only retired persons will probably read almost the whole of the news paper.
So, time has come to re write the detailed articles in the form of clear and definition like small articles. Many times it is not an easy task because, in the process of reducing the length, the meaning should not be distorted or misinterpreted. In fact, it is more difficult to write these type of articles than the lengthy ones. Experts in the respective subjects are required to write them correctly.
So, in my view, present websites are to be modified in such a way that, if one searches a topic like magnet, initially only small articles should appear, but also giving links to lengthy ones. Only those who are interested , can look in to details.

I hear what you are saying but, I kind of like longer detailed articles myself. I guess it all depends on the reader you want to grab a hold of. Thank you for sharing.:)

Long articles may be time consuming to read but they contain the information that helps you understand the case and make a concession and grant reprieve beyond what one can see. By thwarting the effort of a person who has written the long article or created an image of being whatever, it only shows the lack of respect to the person as a whole apart from what they are trying to convey to you.

I agree they are tedious to read but always take the learning that comes from it as that is what helps further the future of the firm as a whole without creating litigation.
Being brief and concise usually bring about a superficial effect of what is being conveyed which lacks the emotion that is needed within the message. It is great when you are doing a summarisation but not when you are dealing with an emotional situation as that needs facts and evidence that can only be given when the heart is poured out and the soul begins to talk.
When people refuse to listen or read it, it becomes something which is invaluable that is cast out and that probably would have provided you are deeper understanding and learning of the summary you respond to superficially with a greater in depth understanding of the situation as a whole and get the desired result that is so required.
Small is great but how well does it tell you about what it wants to convey unless it is written in such a way that stabs you with guilt as you probably are the ONLY one who knows the truth. That is the power of summaries - they are for people who already know the truth. Lengthy articles are for people who want to know the truth.
But are admissible in court but one provides the background while the other the superficiality of the situation. Its usually the summary for a quick judgement though and detail for a hearing.

I actually like both. The short articles are great if your in a rush and just want a quick read over a coffee, but if you have a lot of spare time, it is nice to sit down to a lengthy article.
