Life can be cruel but we always have a choice in the steps we take. We can't justify tormenting ourselves just because we feel that we have the right too. We must try to move forward.
The death of a young person, in my case a grandchild, is always so tragic. Life goes on and we go on. But some days are easier than others, and on a certain day in June, the heartbreak can be almost too much to bear.
I enjoy writing, I'm not entirely, amazing at it. However, if you want to stick around to find out, please, be my quest! I like to write about real life situations and dark romance. Critique me! Send me knowledge! I want to get better and better as I go.
This is for those who believe in after life. The soul sheds a body and waits for another in a place we call heaven. It is the resting time for the soul, to recuperate from the excesses of the life left behind.
It has been a while, but I am back. Now, this original piece will remain to be my most personal among all, inspired by the death of my Father, comes the 6,205th Sun. Sorrowful but nevertheless, may you enjoy!
Indulging in memories of special times or people who've touched our hearts can be both painful, and rapturous. It can be all consuming, but ultimately we must strive to forfeit those feelings, to move past them or convert that pain into something that can heal.
